About

Carbonate Recovery Center (CRC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit outpatient clinic dedicated to providing accessible, comprehensive, and progressive treatment for substance use disorders and mental health challenges. We serve Blaine County and surrounding areas.

Our Mission

To bridge the gap for individuals with substance use and mental health disorders, providing comprehensive treatment and counseling regardless of ability to pay.

Our Values

  • Compassion: We provide a safe, non-judgmental environment.
  • Accessibility: We believe everyone deserves access to quality care. Free treatment is available for qualifying individuals.
  • Rehabilitation: We focus on recovery and empower individuals to rebuild their lives.
  • Community: We work collaboratively with local partners to address the needs of our community.

Our Story:

Founded by Kim Hayes, LCSW, CRC builds on over a decade of experience supporting the local Blaine County Drug Court (in collaboration with Judge Ned Williamson and the Idaho Supreme Court). Kim saw the need for early intervention, accessible care, and a focus on rehabilitation before lives are derailed. CRC adds an interest in early detection, prevention, and recovery in hopes individuals are able to treat their addiction before it turns into a life-changing event.
