Keri Nemeroff, Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)

Keri is a licensed social worker with extensive experience in behavioral health, medical social work, and providing community-based services. She earned her Master of Social Work from Boise State University and has provided care in hospital, nonprofit, and outpatient settings.

Keri is currently a therapist at KH Counseling, providing individual therapy and facilitating engaging group sessions. She specializes in DBT and CBT, with additional expertise in working with children, families, and individuals with learning disabilities. She is also certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), an evidence-based approach that helps clients process trauma and reframe unhelpful thoughts.

Her experience includes public health nonprofit work supporting the LGBTQ+ community and individuals impacted by HIV, as well as extensive school- based social work and child abuse prevention, providing trauma-informed care for children and families. She has also worked in hospital-based behavioral health, crisis stabilization, and outpatient counseling, giving her a broad perspective on client care.

Keri’s approach combines evidence-based practices with warmth, creativity, and a focus on resilience, helping clients of all ages develop the skills they need to overcome challenges and thrive.
