CARBONATE RECOVERY CENTER (CRC) is Blaine County’s newest 501c3 Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Outpatient Clinic. CRC is a nonprofit that offers the most progressive treatments for substance abuse and mental health issues, all of which are FREE to qualifying individuals.

Carbonate Recovery Center is located in the KH Counseling Suite, nestled behind Albertsons at 101 Empty Saddle Road in Hailey. This location provides secluded parking, private entrance to the clinic, and several sound-proof group and individual therapy rooms. CRC is staffed with 7 licensed treatment providers, trained in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), Relapse Prevention, Recovery Roadmap, and individual therapy sessions targeting substance abuse. CRC also offers EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) targeting trauma recovery and BRT (Bioregulation Therapy) providing neurofeedback, again free to qualifying individuals. CRC is led by five Board of Directors, on a mission to be the bridge for individuals with substance use disorder and mental health to recovery by providing comprehensive treatment and counseling, regardless of the ability to pay.

Founder and Executive Director Kim Hayes started Carbonate Recovery Center after supporting the local drug and alcohol courts, run by the Idaho Supreme Court, as the main treatment provider for over a decade. And still the sole treatment provider for Blaine County’s Drug Court in collaboration with the honorable Fifth Judicial District Judge Ned Williamson.

These court programs promote rehabilitation over incarceration and improve the safety of our community. Although the philosophies at CRC remain the same, CRC adds an interest in early detection, prevention, and recovery in hopes individuals are able to treat their addiction before it turns into a life-changing event. This will be accomplished by removing financial barriers, stigmas, and other deterrents and by offering FREE treatment without judgment or blame. CRC will also accept all major insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare. ~
